The app

Aural Studio is an editable audio-synthesis workspace. The initial release is free and does not include a paywall or subscriptions. Features may change as the app develops.

Your documents and content

You remain responsible for the presets, documents, audio settings, and other content you create, import, export, or share. You must have the rights and permissions needed for any third-party content you use.

Aural Studio does not operate an in-app public sharing service. Exporting a document is your choice, and you are responsible for where it goes after export.

Acceptable use

Do not use Aural Studio:

• for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity;
• to violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights;
• to distribute content you do not have permission to use; or
• in a way that interferes with the app, its distribution, or other services.

Wellness and medical disclaimer

Aural Studio includes wellness-oriented presets, but it does not provide medical advice and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. No particular relaxation, sleep, focus, emotional, or other wellness outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Do not use the app where reduced attention could create a risk, including while driving or operating machinery. Keep the volume at a comfortable level and stop listening if you feel discomfort.

Availability and responsibility

The app is provided as available. Audio output can vary with hardware, headphones, operating-system settings, and the documents you create. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
